The Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organization. We fulfill the performance mandate for eleven political municipalities with around 125 employees at three locations. The city of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities of Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area. We care for and support the inhabitants in cases of illness, accident, psychiatric issues, disability, and overload situations. Our claim to high-quality care is high. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a Head of Finance and ICT (m/w/d) 70% - 100% who stands out due to their leadership competence, organizational talent, and expertise also in administration (General Management). Your tasks: Operational overall responsibility for accounting, correspondence, and insurance matters Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements Ensuring process and quality standards in all administrative processes Supporting the management in budgeting and preparing statistics Leading and promoting the team in administration Implementation of ICT projects with external service providers Assisting the management Compliance with data protection and occupational health and safety regulations Support with HR tasks and recruitment of new employees Your profile: Completed degree in business administration HF or a comparable qualification in General Management In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting with completion experience Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership position Extended ICT knowledge (we work with Abacus, Perigon, Windows 365) High social and communicative competence as well as confident appearance Pronounced leadership competence and organizational skill Experience in marketing and communication Willingness to continuous further development and training We offer: A responsible leadership position in a committed team The opportunity to actively shape the administrative and operational orientation of Spitex Region Kreuzlingen A varied and challenging range of tasks Flexible working hours and attractive working conditions An open and appreciative corporate culture Further information: The position is directly subordinate to the management.
