Restaurant Manager The Schweizerische Epilepsie\-Stiftung (EPI) is a multi-sector company. It includes EPI WohnWerk, the Oberstufenschule Lengg, the Schenkung Dapples, a seminar center with a restaurant, and the EPI Zentralen Dienste. Furthermore, the Schweizerische Epilepsie\-Stiftung, together with another foundation, forms the sponsorship of the Klinik Lengg AG, with one clinic each for epileptology and neurorehabilitation. Around 1000 employees are committed to these social tasks. The premises are located on the outskirts of Zürich, with a dreamy view of the nearby Zürichsee and the Alps. Restaurant Manager The diverse day Personnel and technical management of the Restaurant EPI Park with a team of 5\-7 employees Active participation in daily operational business (approx. 70%) incl. weekend shifts as a host Working hours: mostly day shifts (08\.00 – 17\.00 Uhr) Participation in approx. 30–40 events and evening events outside of regular working hours Ensuring a hospitable and service-oriented service for our guests Support in roster planning Responsibility for sales, planning, organization, and implementation of banquets and events Participation in budget preparation, management, as well as in goods purchasing Promotion and further development of your team Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards Close cooperation with the Gastronomy management and work in the seminar center Your diverse talents Completed training as Restaurantfachfrau/\-mann EFZ or comparable qualification Proven leadership experience in a lively operation, ideally in system gastronomy Strong service orientation as well as joy in interacting with people Committed, empathetic, motivated, and responsible leadership personality Entrepreneurial thinking, responsible and precise way of working Flexibility in roster planning IT affinity, good PC skills as well as experience with POS systems or reservation systems (ideally TCPOS and Protel) Confident communication in German (oral and written), English skills are an advantage Confident, professional, and friendly appearance Our diverse offer Rosters 4\-6 weeks in advance with regulated free weekends 5 weeks vacation, from the age of 50, 6 weeks Annual, binding vacation planning Own pension fund with an above-average employer contribution of 60 % Employee discount in our restaurant Good accessibility with public transport Staff apartments, parking spaces, and discounts at the pharmacy and for Half Fare or General Abonnement EPI Park and Restarurant The EPI Park includes a seminar center and a public restaurant.
