Team Leader in Signaling Systems

What you can achieve. • You lead your motivated team professionally and with joy and promote the development of your employees. • You plan maintenance orders and organize the standby service for the rapid rectification of disturbances to the railway infrastructure. • In the event of major disturbances, you support your team at the front and, if necessary, also assist on a weekend or after hours, which occurs extremely rarely. • The responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines of the orders lies with you and you ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations. • Together with 12 other team leaders, you are part of a management team and look forward to driving the development of the signaling systems specialist department in the Ost region. What you bring with you. • Team spirit, flexibility, organizational skills, safety orientation, and business thinking characterize you. • You already bring leadership experience from a previous function or from a club, continuously reflect on your leadership style, and develop yourself further. If interested, we will support you with external leadership training. • In this function, you shine with a basic mechanical training EFZ, ideally supplemented by additional training in signaling systems as well as in business administration or personnel management. • Good PC user skills are a prerequisite and starting out will be particularly easy for you if you already have SAP knowledge. • You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing at level B2 and you also have a valid driving license of category B.
