Our services are in demand as never before.  Therefore we are looking for YOU to strengthen our committed psychiatry team as   Certified Nurse HF/FH - Focus Psychiatry 50-70% (a) Your tasks Independent implementation of the entire nursing process and implementation of nursing at the customer's home Leading the assessment of needs using the interRai-CMH instrument Accompanying customers with psychiatric illnesses in their homes and practicing practical everyday skills Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with the customers Promotion and empowerment of independence, autonomy, stability and quality of life  What you bring a Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training Several years of experience in psychiatry Driver's license Cat.
