Your tasks: Holistic care: You care for and look after people in their home environment with a lot of empathy and patience. Medicine & documentation: You support nursing and medical tasks, and you also carry out the nursing documentation independently. Case management & support: You support the qualified nursing professionals in case management tasks and accompany the relatives. Your profile: Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ (FaGe). You enjoy working independently, responsibly, and flexibly. You enrich the team with your cheerful and committed manner.
