Experience in the watchmaking field, ideally on balance wheel/hairspring components or in movements. Excellent dexterity and very good visual acuity. Meticulous, rigorous, and organized person. Comfortable with precision work performed under a binocular microscope. Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
