To strengthen our finance team and in view of the retirement of a long-standing employee, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality. You will take on a versatile area of responsibility in operational accounting and work closely with the Head of Finance and Human Resources. Your tasks Recording bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts Entering, coding, and recording accounts payable invoices Preparing and executing payment runs Carrying out dunning runs Processing clarifications and discrepancies Assisting with monthly and annual closing work Taking on further administrative tasks in finance and accounting Your profile Further training as an Accounting Clerk Professional experience in finance and accounting Good knowledge of accounts payable, payment transactions, and bank reconciliations Experience with an ERP or accounting program Confident handling of MS Office Very good German skills in speaking and writing French skills are an advantage Precise, reliable, and structured way of working Independence, sense of responsibility, and good understanding of numbers Discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty in dealing with confidential information Enjoyment of working in a small team You feel comfortable in a lively SME environment, can set priorities, and maintain an overview even when multiple tasks arise simultaneously.
