Tasks: • With your sales and technical skills, you will attend to the shop customers • Competent and active consulting on products and services in the areas of Mobile, Internet, TV, Security, Cloud etc. • Presentation of devices and offers • Assistance in designing the shop • Careful inspection of new deliveries for quality, quantity and timely arrival • Professional preparation of goods for shipping to the distribution center • Receipt of repaired devices and preparation for handover, informing customers about the readiness for collection • Support during inventories Profile: • Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in sales or service environment • Lateral entrants are warmly welcome • Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics is highly advantageous • Enjoyment of customer contact • Sympathetic demeanor • Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android devices • Very good German language skills (C1), good English language skills (B2) • Team player • Communicative and reliable • impeccable reputation • Temporary employment for 6-12 months, with option for extension or permanent employment • Place of work: Pfäffikon
