Area Sales Manager (Region Zürich)

This is what you can achieve with us. ## You ensure that our brands in your sales area are visible, successful and sustainable. In this role, you combine independent work in the market with a consistent implementation of our sales and marketing strategies and actively contribute to the further development of our Swiss business. Your mission: • You independently manage your sales area and ensure that our products are optimally placed with our customers. • You specifically expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our brands. • You consistently implement marketing and sales activities in the market and recognize trends and new opportunities at an early stage. • You observe developments in the market and derive measures to strengthen our market position from them. • You manage a diverse customer portfolio (wholesale, retail food stores, department stores, kiosks, gas stations, pharmacies and bakeries). • You represent our brands at trade fairs, exhibitions and events of our trading partners. • You actively participate in regional and national sales events and join the team. • You take on additional tasks as needed and support other sales areas.  Your ingredients for our joint success. ## You like to be on the road in the market, work independently and know how to build and develop customer relationships in a sustainable way. You convince with your hands-on mentality, flexibility and sense of opportunities in sales.  For this, you bring the following: • Basic commercial training with a focus or further education in sales • At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, ideally in the food or FMCG industry • Strong persuasive power as well as a creative, flexible and independent way of working • High degree of self-responsibility and the ability to make decisions quickly and pragmatically • Fluent German language skills (C2 level) and good French language skills are an advantage • High mobility within the Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region • Valid driver's license category B • Good IT affinity and secure handling of digital tools • Resident in the Zurich region This is what you can look forward to. ## Together, we achieve great things - sustainably and with a vision.
