Attached to the quality of public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a: Technical Cremation Agent Public Spaces Service Your mission / You ensure the activities related to cremations at the Funeral Center, including the reception of bodies, the preparation and closure of coffins, incinerations, burials, tomb maintenance, exhumations, and gravedigging work. In contact with bereaved families, you adopt a respectful and adapted attitude to emotionally difficult situations. You participate in the general maintenance of cemeteries and buildings attached to them. In winter, you take part in snow removal service, involving periods of standby and residence near La Chaux-de-Fonds. Your profile / Personal skills / Discreet in the execution of your tasks and psychologically robust, you demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, and calmness. You have good physical constitution, good presentation, and interpersonal skills. Stress and emotion management in a sensitive and sometimes emotionally charged context is essential. Endowed with a great ethic, you are a respectful person in the presence of bereaved people and react to difficult situations with calmness and self-control. You are dynamic and motivated. You possess good relational qualities and know how to work independently. You hold a driver's license (category B). Desired start date / Immediately or by mutual agreement.
