Field of activity Autonomous realization of technical tests as well as production of test mixtures and compliant batches according to BPF for clinical studies and authorization projects. Participation in the realization of process validations, scaling activities and production of test and validation batches. Operation, installation, conversion and monitoring of production equipment as well as in-process control (IPC) devices in the pilot plant, while respecting BPF and safety requirements. Registration, maintenance and adaptation of manufacturing instructions in the ERP system in accordance with defined specifications and approval processes. Sampling, labeling, management and archiving of control samples from test, validation and BPF batches while respecting current BPF requirements. Writing, revision and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP), manufacturing instructions and other production-specific documents. Ensuring complete and BPF-compliant documentation of all manufacturing and testing steps. Collaboration with the analytical development team Your profile Completed training as a chemist or pharmacist with analytical experience Several years of experience in BPF Taste for practical work (conducting tests) Solid computer knowledge (MS Office) Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English Proactive, eager to learn, stress-resistant and autonomous in work Availability to work a night shift during certain project phases (approx. 1 to 3 times a year) Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
