Nursing Specialist HF/FH (m/w/d) in the night shift 80 - 100% Center for Adult Psychiatry Acute - Park D The Station Park D offers support and assistance to adult individuals between the ages of 18 and 60 in psychological crises. We work according to current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the station combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques and milieu therapeutic factors. The station is specialized in psychiatric emergency treatments and crisis interventions. Another area of expertise is the treatment of patients with addiction disorders, such as alcohol, drugs, or medications. We offer qualified withdrawal treatment. Your tasks Your core tasks include individual, professional nursing and care of patients at night. You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, actively shape the therapeutic environment of the station, and orient your work according to the station's concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary collaboration provides our patients with the best possible treatment outcome. Interdisciplinary coordination of treatment, ensuring safety at night, and crisis management are part of your tasks. Your profile You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, have an interest in the psychiatric field, and bring experience in the acute sector. You are familiar with de-escalation techniques and have a pleasure in meeting our patients at eye level. You understand adults from the age of 18 in their specific problem-solving. You are familiar with various methods of nursing treatment and accompaniment.
