Built up with a lot of commitment, the Berglodge37 is to be taken to the next level by an experienced and entrepreneurially thinking person as Host or Host Duo In this versatile function, you will bear the entrepreneurial overall responsibility for the operation. You will lead a team of around 25 employees and ensure a smooth and economically successful operation. You are a host with a pronounced hands-on mentality and work actively in day-to-day business - especially in the areas of Front Office as well as Sales & Marketing. In cooperation with the board of directors, you will develop strategies and drive the further development of the offer, processes and guest experience. As a central contact person, you will cultivate relationships with guests, employees and external partners and promote a value-oriented corporate culture. For this exciting task, you have a degree from a recognized hotel school or a comparable education as well as proven leadership experience in the hotel and catering industry. You combine operational know-how with strategic thinking, recognize market impulses and implement them in a targeted manner. With decision-making strength, commitment and a winning personality, you will create a motivating environment and shape the guest experience at Berglodge37.
