Les Vernes, 1852 Roche • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Del West, an international company, leader in the field of motorsport (F1, MotoGP, NASCAR) and rapidly growing in watchmaking, is looking for its unit in Switzerland (Vaud) to start immediately, a CNC Programmer Mechanic - 100% ### in order to strengthen its CNC programming team. Your main missions: • Design, develop and optimize machining programs intended for production machines. • Define machining strategies and select the tools best suited to the parts, materials and manufacturing constraints. • Standardize our manufacturing methods. • Participate in the analysis and resolution of feasibility and machining problems. • Ensure the supply of special tools necessary for initial launches. • Define and evolve programming methodologies in order to guarantee the quality, reliability and performance of manufacturing processes. • Collaborate closely with production teams and industrialization stakeholders. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in polymechanic or benefit from an equivalent technical training. • You have several years of experience in CNC programming and setup on multi-axis machines (e.g. Bumotec S191). • Experienced in various machining techniques, you perfectly master GibbsCAM software. • You possess solid knowledge of cutting tools and machining strategies. • Autonomous, rigorous and methodical, you enjoy solving complex technical problems. • You like working in a team and collaborating closely with different production professions. • Experience in precision mechanics, watchmaking, motorsport, mass-market automotive or aeronautics constitutes an advantage. • The manufacturing of very high value-added parts, in demanding materials, represents a real source of motivation for you. • A structured personality, you would like to make use of your interest in the development of working methods.
