The KONTIKI residential home foundation with integrated day care center is an institution that provides 63 adult people with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders with a work, living, and residential space. We try to create everyday living conditions that are as close as possible to the usual circumstances and living conditions of our society and culture. Deputy Department Head 80% Your tasks ## • Agile leadership work with the department management as well as advisory support in operational matters • Assumption of leadership responsibility within the framework of representation in the absence of the department management • Contact person for educational, nursing-medical questions and active participation in direct accompaniment and care work • Co-responsibility for creating the duty roster • Assumption of reference person and department tasks • Participation in the further development of the QM system and change processes such as projects • Introduction and support of new employees, learners, and interns Your profile ## • Nursing specialist HF or care specialist EFZ with in-depth experience in the disability sector • Experience in accompanying people with age-related cognitive impairments and dementia (ideally in the residential sector) • Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Humorous personality with high social and communication skills • High flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations and needs in everyday life • Organizational skill, resilience, and sense of responsibility • Appreciative attitude as well as joy in teamwork and development processes • Good PC skills and proficient handling of our client software (RedLine) • Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts) Start of employment: immediately or by agreement
