With us, you can make a difference! • Assumption of an extended clinical role with active co-design of rounds, case management, and progress for IMC patients • Implementation of defined diagnostic and therapeutic measures including prescriptions within the delegated framework • Responsibility for respiratory management (incl. NIV and High-Flow) in the interprofessional setting • Central coordination role between nursing, medical service, IPS and ward stations to ensure an optimal patient flow • Contribution to quality development through coaching, patient and relative work, as well as further development of clinical standards for the IMC nursing team • You bring a post-graduate course in monitoring care; a post-graduate study in intensive care would be desirable.
