The Stiftung Brüttelenbad offers supervised living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple impairments. 100 specialists look after their well-being with the goal of enabling them to experience joy of life and security within the community. Do you love interacting with people and want to contribute to the quality of life of the clients of Brüttelenbad?  To strengthen our Grün residential group team, we are looking for the following starting 01.08.2026 or by arrangement Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist 50% ## What you will do: • Care for clients in everyday life in the residential group with pedagogical, nursing, and administrative tasks • Maintaining and promoting the independence of the clients • Readiness for active teamwork • Planning and accompanying leisure activities • Key worker work • Domestic tasks What you bring with you: • Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ • Keeping a cool head in hectic situations • High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with enjoyment of working independently • Enjoyment of active thinking within the team • Readiness for irregular working hours as well as for taking on day and night shifts is desired • Driver's license category B and confident use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)               What we offer you: • Varied work in a dedicated team and thorough induction • Attractive employment conditions based on cantonal guidelines • Possibility of an additional auxiliary function of approx. 20% • 5 weeks of vacation • No split shifts • Free parking as well as public transport connection • Internal and external further training • Company social counseling Proitera supports employees with free professional counseling and support in all life situations In the new residential building in the Grün residential group, 8 clients aged 18 to 66 live.
