Tasks ## • You lead the specialist department technically and personally, coordinate tasks and promote the further development of your employees. • You are responsible for the machine and device portfolio from evaluation and procurement to maintenance and training. • You lead projects and drive innovations, optimize processes and further develop standards and concepts. • You manage procurement and awarding processes, conduct negotiations with suppliers and ensure compliance with quality, safety and legal requirements. • You advise internal customers, are responsible for budget, inventory and cost planning and ensure a modern, sustainable machine park. Profile ## • Completed technical or commercial training (e.g. Technical Merchant with federal diploma, Retail Specialist EFZ or Auto/Agricultural Machinery Mechanic with corresponding further training) as well as interest in sustainability and circular economy. • Several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of cleaning and maintenance machines including project management. • Sound specialist knowledge in the evaluation, operation and maintenance of machines and devices as well as strong technical understanding. • Very good IT user skills in MS Office, SAP/S4HANA as well as an understanding of business contexts and processes. • Empathic, assertive and solution-oriented personality with a strong service mindset, negotiation skills and a winning appearance.
