Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 42110 Published on 22/08/2026 Permanent - Rate 80 to 100% Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Develop and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support process efficiency and the continuous improvement of company practices • Ensure control of the system documentation and ensure the consistent updating of processes, procedures, instructions and associated records • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to support the continuous improvement of global performance • Plan, prepare and conduct IMS internal audits, then ensure the follow-up of findings and associated action plans • Drive preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its application across the different services Advantages • A position of responsibility within a structured and demanding industrial environment • A transversal role allowing interaction with several departments and directly contributing to continuous improvement • Attractive conditions and a framework promoting autonomy and initiative Profile ### • Higher technical education completed by a specialization in quality management, for example TQ3 or training deemed equivalent • Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 = an asset • Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interlocutors • Experience in a comparable function, ideally within an industrial environment • Rigor, analytical spirit, autonomy and ease in the monitoring and improvement of structured processes Integrated Management System Manager / Permanent
