As a claims specialist with the possibility of taking over the practical training of an apprentice as well as performing the deputy role for claims management, you can develop professionally and personally in a targeted manner. What you will achieve with us ## You will accompany our customers from A to Z in the event of a claim - including on-site claim inspections with our GA car - and ensure fast, uncomplicated processing. With your strong service orientation, you will inspire our customers.  You will pass on your expertise in a targeted manner to our apprentices - after consultation as a practical trainer or in a supporting role.    Also after consultation, you will take on initial leadership responsibility as the deputy for the Head of Claims Service and support in organizational and technical matters.  What you bring with you ## • Completed commercial insurance training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the insurance industry  • Completed training as an insurance intermediary VBV  • Professional experience in the area of property/liability is an advantage  • Enjoyment of direct contact with our customers  • Willingness to carry out on-site claim inspections  • Proactive and independent way of working  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing  Working with us ## With us at the beautiful Lake Zurich in Meilen, you will meet an open, digital, and customer-oriented team.
