Your tasks ### • Leadership, support, and technical instruction of employees in mechanics • Coordination and supervision of production orders as well as setting priorities • Operation and programming of CNC machines (Heidenhain and lathe) • Manufacture and processing of demanding individual parts and small series • CAD-supported creation and adaptation of constructions • Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines, plants, and workshop inventory • Service and repair assignments on hydraulic construction machinery • Accompanying and supporting apprentices in their training What you bring with you ### • Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ • Experience in CNC processing and in mechanical engineering • Ideally initial experience in the leadership or supervision of employees • Enjoyment of independent work and technical challenges • Good German skills in spoken and written • Driver's license category B • Team-oriented, reliable, and solution-oriented personality What you can look forward to ### • Exciting and versatile activity with a lot of personal responsibility • Modern and well-equipped workshop • Familiar and collegial working environment • Salary range CHF 36-39/h • Long-term perspective in a successful Swiss company • Support for further education and personal development • Short decision-making paths and a motivated team • Free parking spaces as well as good accessibility with public transport Have we aroused your interest?
