We are expanding our pharmaceutical services and are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist FPH Hospital Pharmacy / FPH Clinical Pharmacy to reinforce our team immediately or by arrangement. You will take on Tasks of the Pharmaceutical Services team (drug information service, accompanying ward rounds, maintenance of prescribing favorites, etc.) Participation in the expansion of the Pharmaceutical Services and collaboration in the creation and maintenance of QM documents Tasks in the training and further education of junior pharmaceutical staff Participation in supply shortage management - in the short to medium term, the pharmaceutical care of an affiliated facility Responsibility in projects You bring with you Proven hospital experience and preferably a specialist title as a Specialist Pharmacist FPH Hospital Pharmacy or FPH Clinical Pharmacy (or corresponding foreign specialist titles, provided recognition is possible) Interest in IT systems and master data management, ideally experience with SAP and KISIM Teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation Committed and communicative personality with a great willingness to provide service and high social competence High level of initiative and an exact, reliable, structured and process-oriented way of working Independent, responsible and entrepreneurially thinking personality with organizational skills Experience in project management, preferably in the area of ward management What you can look forward to We offer you a varied and demanding activity in a hospital environment.
