Your tasks • You ensure the completeness and accuracy of master and billing data and proactively plan necessary adjustments • You carry out the billing processes from data delivery to invoice creation and monitor the established deadlines • You independently analyze and correct errors in the billings and take care of installations that have not yet been billed • For the creation of evaluations, you maintain the relevant databases and data foundations • You actively participate in tests, release changes and projects and document change requests as well as incidents • The invoicing of the billed installations as well as deputy tasks within the Billing team round off your area of activity What you bring with you • You have a commercial basic training and bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the energy industry or a comparable environment • Experience in customer care as well as in project and quality management strengthens your profile • You have sound knowledge of billing processes and use SAP IS-U as well as other billing and process systems established in the energy industry reliably • You approach tasks independently and with commitment and contribute to good cooperation in the team with your constructive manner • Structured, reliable and motivated working as well as the joy in discovering and implementing new solutions characterize you • You use fluent German skills confidently in customer dialogue and in consulting, French language skills give you an advantage We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
