60 % Bülach 01.10.2026 permanent Spital Bülach is growing - grow with us. ### Contribute • Management of smaller projects related to organization, quality and processes • Responsibility for projects from initialization to successful completion, including transfer into operations • Planning and controlling projects with regard to deadlines, quality and resources • Development of practical solution concepts together with internal and external stakeholders • Coordination of various stakeholder groups as well as ensuring audience-appropriate communication • Independent gathering of information, driving decisions and following up on agreed tasks Bring • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare • Communicative personality who understands how to analyze customer requirements, develop solution concepts and implement them successfully • Good (self-)organization, willingness to learn and an independent way of working are natural for you • You feel comfortable in a developing environment and act pragmatically and proactively even when processes are not yet fully defined. • You drive projects forward independently, actively gather the necessary information and maintain an overview even with different priorities of various stakeholder groups. Persuasion and consistent follow-up are natural for you. • Successfully completed higher vocational education or further training; a (part-time) degree in health economics or business administration is an advantage.
