We bear responsibility towards both humans and animals and try to be a role model in our industry every day.    Your challenge: ## • You perform exciting work in our modern Werk 7 on processing, packaging, and portioning systems. Diverse production orders in the field of sandwich and canapé production are carried out on these systems. • As a leader of up to 12 employees, you take responsibility for the organization, coordination, product quality, and leadership of the corresponding production line. • You actively participate in the optimization of workflows, production processes, production programs, and personnel deployment planning. • You work directly on the line yourself and actively support your team during production. • You operate and monitor our systems and machines and rectify minor malfunctions independently. • You ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations and professionally introduce new employees to their tasks. Your profile: ## • You have already gained experience in an industrial company (preferably in the food industry as a cook, baker, meat specialist, or cheesemaker). • You are technically gifted and have a flair for machines. • You are a team player and maintain good interactions with your colleagues. • You are flexible, mobile, and have no problem with an early start to work. • You possess solid German language skills. • As a leader, you are communicative and assertive. • Performing physical work in a colder environment does not bother you. ## A highly diverse and independent activity, an exciting workplace, and a familiar, committed, and competent team await you.
