Currently, we are looking for a Shop Manager Building Technology 100% for our client. Your tasks: • You manage our building technology shop independently and ensure a smooth daily routine • You are the first point of contact for our customers – personally, by telephone, as well as by e-mail • You advise and serve our customers competently and solution-oriented at the sales counter • You support our customers with technical questions in the areas of sanitary, heating, tinsmithing, and HWZ • You coordinate the processes between sales, logistics, purchasing, and internal services • You ensure the product presentation as well as order and cleanliness in the shop • You undertake general administrative tasks in the daily business Your profile: • Completed manual or technical basic training, ideally as a sanitary installer, heating installer, tinsmith, or comparable • Experience in sales, retail, or in the building technology industry is an advantage • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and consulting • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented appearance • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Basic knowledge of MS Office as well as ideally experience with ERP systems • Very good German skills in spoken and written language Interested?
