Job description ## What you will be doing with us • You will be conducting individual and group therapies for patients in geriatric and internal rehabilitation. • You will be accompanying patients in the rehabilitation process and participating in the co-organization of discharge planning. • You will be working interdisciplinarily and closely with other departments, such as occupational therapy, social counseling, nutritional therapy, as well as medical and nursing staff. • You will also be responsible for documenting findings and progress, as well as writing reports. • Active participation in interdisciplinary reports and further education is part of your daily work.
