The Cuisinier will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment values teamwork, collaboration, and culinary excellence. The Cuisinier operates in the kitchen and in service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. He plans and implements the Mobil Cook, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and catering services. As a reference for hygiene, quality, and maintenance, he also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a few exceptional interventions in the evening.
