Foreman / Site Manager Track Construction / Track Civil Engineering (m/f/d) Your area of responsibility: Implementation of technical and scheduled specifications on the construction site Support of the construction manager in personnel and technical matters Material orders Control of material deliveries Preparation of daily and time sheets as well as measurement sketches Technical and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees on the construction site Order, monitor and implement quality, safety and work guidelines Your profile: Experience as a site manager, foreman or proof of performance in a similar position, if possible in track construction/track civil engineering A high degree of flexibility regarding irregular work assignments (night/Sunday work) as well as supra-regional assignments and out-of-town accommodation is required Assertiveness Communicative, farsighted and goal-oriented leadership style Independence and organizational talent Ability to deal with people from different cultures Confident appearance and proficient handling of clients and customers Good German skills in speaking and writing Our offer: Do you want to make a difference and support our company with your know-how?
