Tasks • Ensuring building maintenance as well as carrying out minor repair and maintenance work • Control and monitoring of technical systems • Care and maintenance of outdoor and green areas including winter service • Support of tenants, users and visitors as well as processing of malfunction and damage reports • Coordination and accompaniment of external craftsmen and service providers • Carrying out general administrative work such as reporting, material orders and documentation Qualification • Completed training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt • Several years of experience in a comparable function • Good German language skills • Driver's license Cat.
