LEAN/TPM Programm Manager What you will do with us: Active implementation and further development of the Lean-/TPM program as well as related initiatives in the operations environment Holistic program management of the six TPM main pillars (FI, AM, PM, TE, PQ, SAF) Continuous monitoring of program progress as well as identification and promotion of measurable improvement potentials Conception and implementation of improvement initiatives (e.g. Kaizen analogous to A3 or 12 steps method) Consulting and supporting the operations departments in the application and further development of Lean-/TPM methods (workplace at the locations Kilchberg ZH and Altendorf SZ) Analysis, preparation and reporting of relevant program key figures for steering and further development Ensuring audience-oriented and effective communication towards executive and group management, internal interfaces as well as external Lean-/TPM partners When you fit with us: Several years of professional experience in Lean Management and TPM, ideally in a production plant of the consumer goods industry Sound knowledge in Lean Flow, logistics as well as in Value Stream Mapping Experience in project management Good SAP as well as very good MS-Office skills Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Experience in training, coaching and auditing methods such as 5S, Shopfloor-Management and problem solving Structured problem-solving competence Pronounced presentation and communication skills High degree of decisiveness and personal responsibility Solution-oriented conflict competence Ability to motivate as well as the ability to inspire others Appreciative interaction on all levels Commitment to a positive and performance-oriented team culture jpid0e7991cjm jit0626jm jiy26jm
