Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41786 Published on 05/08/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job Description ### As part of this position, you will intervene in the analysis of test requests, the preparation of tooling, 5-axis machining programming, as well as the manufacture of test parts. You will participate in the setting up of machining processes in order to guarantee compliance with customer specifications and the technical requirements of the specifications. Main responsibilities: • Analyze plans, technical drawings and specifications related to test requests • Prepare the tooling necessary for the manufacture of test parts • Perform 5-axis machining programming • Manufacture test parts in accordance with the requested specifications • Ensure the setting up of machining processes according to the technical requirements of the specifications • Research and propose technical solutions meeting customer requirements Profile ### Desired profile: • CFC polymechanic or equivalent training • At least 5 years of experience in machining on 5-axis machines • Mastery of CAM programming for complex parts • Good analytical skills and a strong interest in searching for technical solutions • Ability to work on specific customer requests and to respect a technical specification • Rigorous, methodical, autonomous and solution-oriented person The advantages: • A modern and dynamic working environment • A technical and varied position • An evolving salary Customer Test and Setting-up Technician (M/F) / Permanent
