Global Supply and Production Planner 100% (m/f) In this key position, you are responsible for integrated planning, from sales requirements to stocks, production capacities, and on-time delivery. You translate rolling forecasts into reliable supply and production plans. You report directly to the Head of Operations in Switzerland and work closely with all production sites, purchasing, logistics, and sales. Your area of responsibility-. • Implementation and operational management of production planning on a group scale • Translation of requirements into feasible supply and production plans • Integrated planning of finished products, sub-assemblies, and critical components across all sites and external partners • Continuous definition and optimization of stock targets, active management of shortages, overstocks, and coverage • Continuous coordination with all sales and purchasing teams to improve forecast quality • Development of global planning processes and governance, including roles, planning cycles, master data, and indicators • Digitalization (AI) of planning by replacing decentralized systems with an integrated solution with automated workflows What you bring-. • Several years of experience in international planning of needs, stocks, and production in a manufacturing company with sub-assembly manufacturing • Experience in project planning with institutional clients • In-depth knowledge of material requirements, capacity, and stock planning • Very good ERP knowledge in the areas of material management and production planning; experience with advanced planning solutions and BI is an advantage • Strong affinity for data and processes as well as very good Excel skills, experience in digitalization and standardization of planning processes • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a convincing communication ability in an intercultural environment You think end-to-end, combine analytical depth with pragmatic implementation, and create transparency even in the face of conflicting requirements. You moderate conflicts of objectives in an engaging manner, make sound prioritization decisions, and drive changes with local teams.
