Job Description ## In this varied and responsible role, you are responsible for the setup, optimization, and monitoring of state-of-the-art injection molding systems. You work in a technologically advanced environment and actively contribute to the quality and efficiency of production. Your main tasks include the setup and programming of injection molding machines and robots, the sampling and introduction of new tools, as well as the monitoring, optimization, and ensuring of a smooth production process. You share responsibility for the quality of the produced plastic parts and are responsible for the repair, maintenance, and conversion of tools. Furthermore, you undertake the maintenance and upkeep of the machines and systems to ensure a continuous production flow. Your expertise and your commitment are crucial for the success of our company and the satisfaction of our customers. We expect ## You have completed training as a Plastic Technologist EFZ and have already gained professional experience in injection molding technology. Knowledge in the programming of robots is an advantage. You work independently, responsibly, and precisely. A high awareness of quality as well as technical understanding characterize you.
