Organis\&ea Landscape Horticulturist 80% to 100% Organized around four sectors — mobility, environment, green spaces and sustainability —, the Service de la mobilité, de l'environnement et de la durabilité of the Ville d'Yverdon\-les\-Bains defines and implements the municipal strategy for sustainable and multimodal mobility, ensures the protection of natural environments and environmental monitoring, maintains and develops green heritage and biodiversity in urban environments, and supports, via the Bureau de la durabilité, the implementation of the Sustainability Strategy and the municipal Climate Plan. It acts in close collaboration with the other services of the Ville as well as with the agglomeration, the region and the Canton. In this context, the MED Service is looking for a Landscape Horticulturist 80% to 100% Your essential tasks: Maintain and landscape green spaces, public parks as well as urban floral decorations. Perform pruning and maintenance of trees and shrubs on public property. Participate in cultivation and production work within the horticultural establishment. Participate in the on-call service and ensure planned shifts during weekends, special holidays as well as in case of particular weather events. Your profile: Holder of a CFC as a landscape horticulturist. With at least 3 years of experience in a landscaping company. Very good knowledge and practice of differentiated maintenance. Holder of a category B driving license, trailer license and M1 license. Holder of a permit for the use of phytosanitary products and/or biological products, an asset. Reliable, professional, autonomous and flexible person. Sensitivity and good ability to apply principles related to environmental management as well as health and safety at work.
