Project Manager Architecture (80 -100%) For exclusive villa, hotel and residential construction projects To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality who realizes demanding architectural projects with passion, precision and high individual responsibility. In the coming years, we will realize various large-scale projects in the field of high-end hospitality as well as residential construction projects and demanding villas and renovations. Our work is characterized by high architectural quality, careful detail development and close cooperation with demanding clients. We are an independent architecture firm with around 10 - 15 employees and focus on exclusive private residences as well as hotel projects in Switzerland. Your tasks • Independent management of demanding projects in all planning phases • Leadership and further development of a project team of 2-6 employees • Responsibility, or rather a good understanding of quality, deadlines and costs (no construction management) • Coordination of specialist planners, authorities and contractors • Direct contact person for clients and project participants • Ensuring architecturally and technically high-quality implementation You bring with you • Several years of experience as a Project Manager in Switzerland • Verifiable experience in high-quality residential buildings • Good knowledge of Swiss construction laws, standards and permit procedures • Strong organizational skills and high level of independence • Enjoyment in leading a small team • Precise, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills in speaking and writing What awaits you You will take responsibility for extraordinary projects with the highest architectural standards.
