Do you have experience in planning, procurement, scheduling or flow management? Do you like to coordinate, anticipate and find solutions in a demanding industrial environment?

For one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking house based in Genève, we are looking for several Supply Chain talents to strengthen different teams.

1. Production Planner (M/F)

Your mission

Within the Production division, you ensure the development of production plans and the monitoring of their realization for the flows for which you are responsible.

Your responsibilities

• Integrate flow constraints into planning tools.
• Build and validate production plans with field teams in order to meet demand.
• Manage production capacities and stocks according to strategic objectives and operational constraints.
• Implement alternative solutions in case of deviations and evaluate their impacts.
• Guarantee load/capacity adequacy on critical workstations.
• Actively participate in budget development.
• Build different planning and budgetary scenarios in collaboration with production workshops.

Your profile

• Higher education (HES, EPFL or university).
• Good mastery of Supply Chain fundamentals.
• First successful experience in planning or in a Supply Chain environment.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proactive and good interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy and rigor.

1. Procurement Manager (M/F)

Your mission

You ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of supplier orders in order to guarantee the supply of components within the expected deadlines.

Your responsibilities

• Process order confirmations sent by suppliers.
• Perform reminders in case of absence of confirmation.
• Ensure the follow-up of delivery delays.
• Alert procurement officers in case of deviations from forecasts.
• Participate in the monitoring of supplier performance.

Your profile

• CFC in commerce or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function.
• Very good mastery of IT tools, especially Excel.
• SAP knowledge, a real asset.
• Rigorous, organized and service-oriented personality.
• Taste for teamwork.

1. Maintenance Scheduling Manager (M/F)

Your mission

Within the Purchasing, Support & Infrastructure division, you ensure the planning and follow-up of maintenance interventions while guaranteeing the administrative management of the department's orders.

Your responsibilities

• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Coordinate the follow-up of work with internal clients.
• Create and follow maintenance department orders.
• Update intervention and order data in SAP.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of scheduling processes.

Your profile

• Training in production logistics or equivalent qualification.
• Confirmed experience in scheduling, planning or industrial maintenance.
• Good mastery of IT tools and SAP.
• Excellent sense of service and communication.
• Analytical spirit, autonomy, technical curiosity and rigor.
