On behalf of our client, a leading watch manufacturer, we are urgently looking for an Operator / Operatrix of Watch Strap Assembly (M/F). Your main responsibilities Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you work at the heart of the production chain. Your missions are focused on three essential areas: High-precision assembly: Ensure the millimetric positioning of links and complete assembly of strands. Surgical dressing technique: Perform delicate operations of chasing, screwing and unscrewing on micro-components with absolute rigor. Management of technological flows: Control equipment by ensuring the loading and unloading of automated machines in the workshop, while monitoring the smooth running of cycles. Aesthetic preservation: Apply specific protective films to guarantee a "zero defect" final product, free from any micro-scratches. Demanding quality control: Continuously perform visual and functional self-checking to validate the conformity of parts according to the manufacturer's strict criteria. <br /> Required qualifications • Imperative experience: You have successful and significant experience in strap assembly or mounting. • Mandatory key skill: You perfectly and autonomously master the screwing and unscrewing operations on very small components. *This criterion is essential for the validation of your application.*
