As the head of our Operations department in the Services & Integration area, you are responsible for the areas of Facility Services, gastronomy, housekeeping, and laundry at several locations. In doing so, you will further develop our infrastructure and properties, accompany renovations, and ensure reliable operation with your technical understanding of buildings and systems. Together with your team leaders, you lead and develop your teams, ensure professional, economical, and customer-oriented service delivery, and drive the further development of offers, processes, and structures. As a member of the management, you work cross-functionally and contribute the perspective of your department to the further development of the foundation. What you can achieve with us • Leadership of the Operations department with the areas of Facility Services, gastronomy, housekeeping, and laundry, as well as overall responsibility for personnel, organization, and profitability (47 employees). • Responsibility for the development of properties and renovations, as well as sound technical understanding of buildings and their infrastructure (heating, sanitary, electrical, ventilation/cooling, kitchens, and building technology systems). • Leadership, promotion, and further development of eight team leaders as well as creating the framework for successful cooperation. • Ensuring high service quality, profitability, and customer orientation, as well as the further development of offers, processes, and structures. • Management of projects, implementation of changes, and identification of optimization potential. • Cross-functional cooperation and active participation in the further development of the foundation. • Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection, as well as taking on the functions as Safety Officer (SIBE) of the foundation and KOPAS at the Dielsdorf location.
