Nursing Specialist HF (40- 50%)

We are looking for you! We are a small but dynamic and innovative organization with a service mandate for outpatient nursing and housekeeping in the municipality of Würenlos. It is a great concern of ours that the nearly 7-000 inhabitants of Würenlos can remain at home for as long as possible and be well cared for. We attach great importance to our clients being able to build a sound relationship of trust with us and therefore ensure personnel continuity in our nursing and care. To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a motivated nursing specialist HF (40- 50%), also welcome re-entrants, as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Your core tasks: Professional basic and treatment care of our clients and including their biography and relatives. Implementation of the medically prescribed interventions. You create nursing plans and actively shape the nursing process; as a nursing specialist HF, you work with the interRAI instrument. You work independently and are at the same time an empathetic and supportive team member. You support other professional groups with your knowledge. Your profile: Completed training as a nursing specialist HF (or equivalent with SRK recognition). Career starters and re-entrants are warmly welcome. Independent and responsible way of working. High professional and social competence. Enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages. Interest in complex, rapidly changing situations. Teamwork and flexibility. Good IT user and German skills. Willingness to work early and evening shifts as well as on weekends. Driver's license Cat. B or courage to ride an e-bike. Advantageous: Experience in one or more of the following areas: medical technology, interRAI-HC.
