As of August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement in the form of a Pflegefachperson HF/FH Palliative Care and Deputy Head of Nursing The Klinik Susenberg in Zürich is a small specialized clinic with 34 beds in an idyllic location at Zürichberg. We accompany our patients holistically in acute geriatrics, rehabilitative care, and Palliative Care, always with a patient-centered approach. Klinik Susenberg holds the "Qualität in Palliative Care" label from qualitépalliativeⓆ. Your tasks: You are responsible for professional accompaniment and advice in palliative care situations. You support the team with complex questions. You care for and look after our patients and look after their relatives in a way that is appropriate to the situation as well as resource- and goal-oriented. You respond empathetically and individually to wishes and lifestyle habits. You ensure professional and needs-oriented care, including the management of the nursing process. You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and actively support them in everyday life. You take over the professional and administrative management of the inpatient wards. You actively support, accompany, and advise our FAGE trainees and HF students in professional everyday life. Your profile: Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH / DNII. You are currently in training or already have completed further training in the field of Palliative Care (B2). You are confident in your ability to act as Deputy Head of Nursing from May 2027. You are committed to team-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation and encounter new challenges openly and positively. You are prepared to work shift and weekend services (no night shifts). You are innovative, creative, flexible, and resilient. You have very good German and PC user skills; KISIM knowledge is an advantage.
