Facilities Management Specialist, Schule Utogrund, 80 %

For the duration of the replacement new building construction phase, we are looking for an engaged Facilities Management Specialist with a workload of 80% starting from 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. The position is fixed-term until 31. July 2027. You will support the Head of Housekeeping & Technique during ongoing school operations and undertake operational, technical, and organizational tasks. The working hours are from 07:00 - 15:00 or 09:00 - 18:00. The division of these working hours will be determined together with the already existing FBU, ensuring optimal operational coverage during school operations. Tasks ## • You ensure the daily operational, maintenance, and control tasks in the buildings and on the premises. • You maintain and inspect systems, facilities, and technical installations and rectify faults and defects. • You accompany external craftsmen, suppliers, and service providers and support in safety and emergency tasks. • You independently undertake operational tasks and support the Head of Housekeeping and Technique in everyday life.
