Compression Specialist (80-100%) Your role at rundum You autonomously support our clientele in the field of compression and ensure lymphological and phlebological care You are the reference person for your client(s) throughout their compression care: from taking measurements to ordering, including fitting and through to billing You advise and accompany our client*s in German and in French in our branches, in hospitals or during home visits You actively participate in projects and collaborate interdisciplinarily with the team as well as with the various stakeholders You ensure the replacement of your colleagues within the Compression team, notably during holiday periods Your rundum profile You ideally have solid knowledge and experience in the field of compression and lymphatic care, or… You wish to undergo professional retraining and bring initial experience in the field of conservative compression or the medical sector You enjoy advising and communicating with people, you know how to listen and demonstrate understanding and empathy towards people living with limitations or health problems You want to continue to develop your professional and personal skills. You communicate with ease in German and in French, and ideally also in English.
