Assistant Clinic Management 30-50%

Do you want to take on more than classic assistant tasks? In this varied role, you will work closely with the clinic management and actively help shape processes, analyses, and projects in an innovative radiological environment. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Support for the clinic management in economic, administrative, and organizational matters as well as administrative support for the medical staff • Participation in finance and HR analyses as well as in evaluations of data from the radiology information system • Cooperation in accounting, monthly closing, and controlling tasks including time and overtime controlling • Support and deputy for the clinic manager in daily operations, particularly during holidays and other absences • Cooperation in projects of the clinic management, especially in the areas of finance, personnel, and organization Your profile • Completed commercial basic training with further training in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in an assistant function, preferably in a demanding administrative or business environment • Knowledge of the healthcare sector, especially radiology, is an advantage • Independent, proactive, and responsible way of working with a high quality standard • Strong organizational skills, networked thinking, team orientation, and discretion • Very good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing • Very good IT user skills, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of clinical information systems and SAP are an advantage Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
