Construction Foreman Structural Engineering

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Foreman / Construction Site Manager (m/f). Your future tasks: • You will be responsible for conventional formwork work. • You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting. • You will take over the formwork and stripping of walls, ceilings, and stairs. • You will be responsible for the concreting and compaction of the concrete. • Work distribution to each team member • Monitoring of work progress • Leading the production meeting every morning • Checking the plans and preparing the work for the next day • Checking the daily hourly reports • You will ensure that the applicable safety standards are complied with. Your profile: • You have proven experience in the construction industry in Switzerland or abroad. • You have good German language skills. • You are independent and versatile. • You have proven experience in team leadership. • Preferably, you have completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer, training as a foreman or site manager, or similar proof. • Ability to anticipate demanding situations and make quick decisions • Great organizational skills and sense of order, combination of team spirit and ability for independent action Your conditions : You will integrate into a structure that offers high-quality conditions, team spirit, and staff stability.
