At our site in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & hot sauces, marinades, dressings, sandwich toppings and other liquid specialties. With approximately 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned clients in the food sector. Additionally, we are the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden. The development department plays a central role in the creation of these solutions. To strengthen our dynamic "Product Development" team, we are looking for an innovative, autonomous and motivated person as Product Developer (m/f/d) 80-100% What you will do with us • Management of internal and external projects • Coordination of projects in collaboration with all relevant internal and external stakeholders • Project control and documentation • Development of product solutions for customers • Implementation of developments in production • Process optimization • Organization, execution and monitoring of microbiological, physical and sensory analyses What you bring • Degree (FH/ETH) in the food field • Experience in project management • Structured and autonomous way of working in a flexible and fast-paced environment • Open personality with a "desire" for innovation • Experience in the food industry With us, you can evolve in a dynamic and modern working environment, participate actively and take on responsibilities.
