The Schweizerische Rote Kreuz is the largest humanitarian organization in Switzerland. SRK Kanton Bern works throughout the canton to promote more humanity. For the Fundraising circle, we are looking for a digitally savvy, strong leadership personality as Team Leader Fundraising, 70-80 % In this key role, you set the direction - and bring movement into the system. You combine strategy with implementation, develop cross-media fundraising approaches, and open up new ways to inspire people for our cause. You strengthen existing relationships, build new ones, and thus create the foundation for sustainable growth. Your contribution makes the difference: so that we can continue to effectively support people in the canton of Bern in the future. Your tasks • You develop an integrated, future-oriented fundraising strategy as well as convincing detailed concepts - and implement them effectively. • You recognize new fundraising potentials early; you specifically expand existing revenue sources. In doing so, you systematically develop existing and new fields of revenue. • You design and manage cross-media campaigns for the acquisition, retention, and reactivation of donors and members. • You lead a dedicated four-member team personally and professionally, promote its development, and create the prerequisites for successful cooperation. • You continuously analyze and optimize all fundraising activities on the basis of relevant key figures. • In this way, you develop sound, convincing decision-making bases and lead projects confidently and goal-oriented to success. • You are responsible for the further development of the CRM as a central basis for data-based fundraising, segmentation, management, and impact measurement. Your profile • You have a tertiary education or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in fundraising. • Verifiable successes in the development and implementation of effective fundraising strategies and campaigns distinguish you. • You are experienced in leading teams. You know how to promote employees and achieve goals together. • You combine conceptual and strategic strength with a clear orientation toward implementation. • You are very familiar with digital fundraising approaches. You are technically affine and confident in dealing with CRM systems and databases. • Your analytical thinking skills and your flair for numbers enable you to recognize patterns and connections - and to make sound decisions. • You convince through clear communication, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility. • You enjoy working in a structured and impact-oriented manner. • Confident German in speaking and writing, as well as good French skills, round off your profile.
