To strengthen our team in Kloten, we are looking for: COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT / ASSISTANCE (M/F/D) (40-60%) Your activities include the following main tasks: Processing of tenders, works contracts and invoices Recording of accounts payable in Messerli Processing/sending of various project protocols (construction and planner meetings) Preparing construction accounts, assistance with final invoices Assistance with acceptances, recording of defects and rectification of defects Organization of defect rectifications Support of the construction and project managers in the office and on the construction site Schedule planning and schedule coordination General correspondence and administrative activities Reception of customers / tradespeople Commercial responsibility for assigned projects Organization of construction site events and milestones Assistance with internal events Your profile Commercial basic training Practical experience in the construction industry Sound knowledge of MS-Office and Messerli (BauAd) Independent, responsible and customer-oriented Organizational talent and structured Our offer Professional environment with short decision-making paths Much freedom and personal responsibility in a dynamic team Demanding new construction projects in the area of TU/construction management Attractive additional benefits & remuneration Cheerful, collegial and competent team of 10-15 employees Further training and development opportunities (financially supported) Do you feel addressed?
