Night Nurse at 80% The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the East Vaud region. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Ergotherapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organisation of Vaud's regional hospitals recognised as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognises itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected in its practices, training and openness to other approaches. To complete its night team at the adult psychiatry hospital unit, the Fondation de Nant is advertising a position for a Night Nurse at 80% THE MISSION Night nurses have the mission of providing the necessary care to each patient, demonstrating great autonomy while collaborating closely within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene at different sites, they distinguish themselves by their strong adaptability and flexibility. WE OFFER The Fondation de Nant is a private institution recognised as being in the public interest, tasked by the State with organising and providing psychiatric care in the East Vaud region. Working at the Fondation de Nant means working within an interdisciplinary team that offers short to medium-term stays to support and consolidate the recovery process of patients with severe mental disorders that cause social and relational difficulties. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing care with Red Cross recognition (or equivalent title). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, able to serve the patient, their colleagues and the institution. Finally, we want to integrate a person motivated by the Foundation's mission and appreciating interdisciplinary team work.
