Training center in La Chaux-de-Fonds Operated by ETA SA, the training center in La Chaux-de-Fonds is a center of excellence dedicated to the mechanical training of Swatch Group apprentices in the canton of Neuchâtel. It provides basic training and preparation for exams, hosting around 35 apprentices from 8 partner companies each year. The center has a modern technological environment including conventional and CNC machining machines, 3D printing, laser engraving and pneumatic and electropneumatic test benches, ensuring training that is in line with industrial realities. Its pedagogical approach, based on modern methods and project-based learning, puts apprentices at the heart of their training, promoting autonomy, practice and skill development. The center thus plays a key role in passing on know-how and preparing the technical next generation of Swatch Group. Join our multicultural team and contribute to the success of our innovative and high-quality products as a: Trainer at Swatch Group 100% training center, La Chaux-de-Fonds Your future missions ## • Provide basic mechanical training to Swatch Group apprentices • Teach inter-company courses in accordance with the training plan • Evaluate the skills of apprentices in relation to the requirements of the training plan • Provide in-depth courses in pneumatics, electropneumatics, CAO and FAO • Prepare apprentices for qualification procedures, partial exams and TPI Your skills and qualifications ## • Federal certificate of competence (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification with extensive experience in machining techniques • Higher professional education diploma in the specialized field (university of applied sciences, higher school, federal diploma or federal certificate). With ease in leading small groups • Professional pedagogy training (600h), with experience in using pedagogical and didactic strategies • Knowledge of design using Catia software to facilitate the realization of apprentice projects • Programming on Gibbscam and Catia for FAO and CAO teaching Languages ## • Mastery of French at a negotiation level • Knowledge of German is desirable.
